In Person
Any form of donation can be accepted at the Foundation office (cash, cheque, VISA, MasterCard, money order). We are located in the atrium of the University Hospital of Northern BC at 1475 Edmonton Street.

Cheques, money orders, VISA and Master Card donation can be mailed to us at 1475 Edmonton Street, Prince George, BC V2M 1S2. Simply print and fill out the donation form of your choice.
By Phone
Call our office at (250) 565-2515 to make a donation with Visa or MasterCard.
By Fax
VISA or MasterCard donations can be faxed to the Foundation office. Simply print and fill out the donation form of your choice and fax to (250) 565-2595.
Monthly
Click here to download, print and complete the donor form. Then simply mail it, fax it or drop it off at the Foundation office.
