Together, we can bring the best of care close to home in the North - where we live, work, and play. Our Employee Giving Program is a convenient way to support and empower your employees to invest in the health of our community.

Through the program, your employees can authorize automatic monthly donations to Spirit of the North in $10, $15, $25, or any amount they choose. The organization will deduct these donations from payroll and donate them safely and securely to healthcare in the North, in support of any area of passion they choose. Donation totals will be included on your employees’ T4s at the end of the year for tax purposes.

Donating monthly allows donors to budget their contributions and make a significant impact over the course of the year. Employees can change the amount or cancel at any time.

THE SPIRIT OF SUPPORT

Spirit will work with your organization to present our funding areas to your employees and support each team member individually in determining which is most meaningful and impactful to them.

Our team will provide onboarding and administrative support for ease of implementation into payroll processes.

Spirit will report on the impact of donations through quarterly reporting, including outline of grants distributed.

Your company will be highlighted for your participation in this program, sharing the impacts of your employee’s contributions!

HOW TO JOIN

Joining is easy! Once your organization is onboarded, your team will complete a Charitable Giving Program Form. Their completed forms will be sent to your Payroll Department, as well as the Spirit of the North Healthcare Foundation team.
