Spirit Day Fully Funds APAU Upgrade!

Come take a walk with us through the APAU department. This is a unit that specializes in adolescent mental health, and is integral to the wellbeing of our struggling youth here in PG and the region.

The space is small and needs a lot of love to update the furniture and social areas so that the kids can feel safe and secure in what could be a terrifying time in their lives.

To help brighten the space, kids are encouraged to decorate the ceiling tiles. These tiles represent each child and even though this may have been a dark time in their lives, the messages painted on the ceiling are full of hope, strength and light.

Thanks to the love and support from donors on Spirit Day we were able to raise the funds to make APAU exactly what it needs to be, so that together we can give hope to future generations.
