Claudia Whitehead - April 2025 Volunteer of the Month

This month we are shining the spotlight on someone who has truly become part of the Spirit of the North family: Claudia Whitehead.

Claudia jumped in with both feet this year and brought her energy, positivity, and that big, infectious smile to everything she has taken on. From the Festival of Trees to our Cougars playoff booth at CN Centre, to Evening in India and most recently Spirit Day – our 12-hour peer-to-peer radiothon – Claudia has been there with a quick yes, a great attitude, and a willingness to help wherever needed.

She has made calls, raised funds, shared laughs, and brought people together. Claudia has an outgoing, magnetic personality that makes her an absolute joy to be around. She fits right in with our team, and we’re proud to call her part of Team Spirit.

It has been an absolute pleasure working alongside Claudia this past year. Her passion and drive have helped us move the needle in supporting critical medical equipment for families across the North. We are so grateful for all she has done and continues to do for the Spirit of the North.
